We stand behind every cap we sell. If you're not completely happy, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at support@hufcompany.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you simple instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items: if anything arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including any postage.
